Ways to Give

The Women's Giving Circle of Howard County, a fund at the Community Foundation of Howard County, offers a wide range of gifting options and vehicles.  Consequently, donors are provided with the maximum tax benefits allowed by law.

Your gift is tax deductible in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code.  A copy of the current financial statement of The Community Foundation of Howard County is available by writing to the Foundation at10630 Little Patuxent Parkway; Century Plaza, Suite 315; Columbia, MD 21044. or by calling (410) 730-7840.  Documents and information submitted under the Maryland Solicitations Act are also available, for the cost of postage and copies, from the Maryland Secretary of State.

All WGC donors are leveraging their dollars for change and having a profound effect on the growth of women's giving in Howard County.

We have established a variety of giving levels, but appreciate any and all donations we receive.   We are encouraging women of all generations to join us in building this fund that will assist our community both now and in the future.

WGC Donor Levels:

Platinum: Donors who give/pledge $10,000 or more
Diamond: Donors who give/pledge $5000-$9,999
Emerald: Donors who give/pledge $2500–4999
Sapphire: Donors who give/pledge $1000-2499
Ruby: Donors who give $250-999
Amethyst: Donors who give $100-249

We welcome donations in full at any time.  However, we also gladly accept pledges at the Sapphire level or higher, which may be paid in up to five annual installments.  Donors will receive annual invoices from The Community Foundation of Howard County..
