Grants:  The function of the Grants Committee is to design and implement the grant making process. It determines eligibility criteria, the grant cycle, the selection of grantees and grant evaluation. 

Donor Development: The Donor Development Committee is responsible for working with the WGC's existing donors and reaching out to prospective donors.

Resource Development: The Resource Development Committee is responsible for obtaining sponsors and other funding for WGC events and programs.

Communications: The Communications Committee is responsible for external communications including monthly WGC eNewsletter and WGC website and promoting the WGC through the media.

Leadership:  The Leadership Committee is responsible for identifying WGC donors to assume leadership positions on the Advisory Board.

Youth Development:  The Youth Development Committee is responsible for supporting and mentoring the Young Women’s Giving Circle (YWGC) and promoting philanthropy among the young women of Howard County through various activities and events.
