One of the greatest strengths of the Women's Giving Circle is the way we bring people together around a shared purpose. That spirit was on full display this week as we joined with the Black Philanthropy Circle of Howard County to celebrate Black Philanthropy Month at the Community Foundation of Howard County at Athol Manor. It was an evening filled with meaningful conversations, inspiring community leaders, and a shared commitment to strengthening Howard County through collective giving.

Together, we celebrated the rich tradition of Black philanthropy, recognized outstanding leaders, and announced grants that will support organizations making a difference in our community. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so special.

As we look ahead to this fall, I hope you'll continue to be part of the Women's Giving Circle. Join us at one of our upcoming events, support a family through our Emergency Response Network, encourage the next generation of philanthropists through our Young Women's Giving Circle, contribute to our Break the Cycle Period Product Drive, Sponsor the WGC throughout the year, join our Big Give 2027, and/or make a gift to help us continue investing in women and girls throughout Howard County. Every act of generosity strengthens our community, and together, we are creating lasting change.
