What advice do you have for those interested in giving back?

"Seek out avenues where a population needs help.

Select a particular age or demographic group that you would enjoy working with. Identify those organizations in your area that are currently working with your desired interest. Conversely, if you are already a member of an organization inquire how they have structured the volunteer program and focus on rising leadership roles in that program.

​Make suggestions on growth areas for the program to facilitate better serving the community with time, talent and financial resources."
