​What advice do you have for those interested in giving back?

"Research one or two organizations whose missions center around your personal interests. 

Set aside time to volunteer with one or both organizations.  You will learn, by volunteering, where resources are needed to expand the organization’s mission and impact and how you’d best play a role. Perhaps, you’ll find contributing financial resources alone is enough or you’ll want to deepen your involvement.

You just may decide to organize your own service effort."
